Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Delivery Time: Depending on your location, standard international delivery takes approximately 7–15 business days.
Tracking Requirement: Every shipment requires a valid tracking ID. In accordance with PayPal guidelines, this tracking proof serves as the official confirmation of delivery.
We understand that plans can change. You can request an order cancellation on the same day the order is placed.
Before Shipment: If the order has not been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund immediately.
After Shipment: If the order has already been shipped and a tracking number has been generated, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you must receive the package and follow our standard return process.
We accept return and exchange requests within 30 days from the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, clothing items must meet the following criteria:
Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
In the exact condition you received them.
In the original packaging with all tags firmly attached.
Exceptions: Custom-made, personalized, or special-edition apparel cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or a shipping error on our part.
Customer Responsibility: Except in cases where we sent the wrong item or a damaged product, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
Non-Refundable Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Once your returned item is received, inspected, and approved by our team, your refund will be processed immediately back to your original payment method.
PayPal Payments: Refunded within 1 business day (funds usually appear instantly in your PayPal wallet).
Credit / Debit Cards (via PayPal Gateway): Processed within 1–2 business days (depending on your bank’s processing time).
