1. Processing Time & Product Availability

  • All orders are subject to product availability. If an item in your order is temporarily unavailable, we will immediately ship you the part of your order that is available. When the remaining item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order in a separate shipment.

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods, Cost & Destinations

  • We currently ship strictly to customers within the United States (US). We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

  • We offer standard carrier shipping for all orders. The estimated delivery timeframe is 3 to 7 business days, with a maximum delivery window of 7 to 10 business days from the date of purchase.

  • Please note that the exact date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the quantity of items ordered.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable and are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery destination of your items before you finalize your purchase. Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order.

3. Taxes, Duties & Customs

  • Customers are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of their order, including sales tax, value-added tax (VAT), custom duties, and excise duties imposed by your region or country’s regulations. dencyfashion.com is not responsible for any additional customs fees or local delivery taxes.

4. Order Tracking & Address Accuracy

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a automated confirmation email containing a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package in real-time.

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is 100% accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for any delays, losses, or misdeliveries caused by incorrect address submissions.

5. Damaged Items on Delivery

  • We take ultimate care in packaging your apparel. However, if there is any physical damage to the items that you ordered upon delivery, you must contact us within 5 days from the receipt of your order to file a claim.
